The Order of Surveyors of Côte d’Ivoire is a professional organization governed by Law No. 70-487 of 3 August 1970. he is a member of the International Federation of Surveyors.
WHO IS EXPERT SURVEYOR?
A Expert Surveyor is a professional liberal whose technical training is accompanied by a legal training especially in land. He is a Measurement Technician and a lawyer specializing in land law. It ensures a public service mission, with delegation of public authority in matters of land ownership. He is an advisor and expert in heritage, sharing and land exchange. Local authorities and individuals are obliged to call upon its services for all questions of land ownership.
